1. Data Collection & Processing

Our Application is designed as an offline-only utility. All video, photo, and image processing is executed entirely on your iOS device utilizing local system APIs (Apple's Vision and CoreImage frameworks). We do not collect, store, transmit, or share your media assets, device identifiers, or any personal data with any external server.

Core Privacy Commitments:

Zero Data Upload — All processing remains sandboxed on your physical iOS device.
No Accounts — No registration, email address, profile, or account creation is required.
No Telemetry — No usage statistics, analytics, or behavioral tracking logs are generated.
On-Device Performance — Local segmentation is executed using your device's Apple Neural Engine (ANE) and GPU.

2. System Permissions Disclosures

To function as intended, the Application may request access to certain system resources. These permissions are used exclusively for local, sandboxed user-initiated actions:

Photo Library Access (PHPicker): Used solely to allow you to select a photo or video to remove its background, and to save the processed transparent PNG/video back to your library. Your photos never leave your device.
Camera Access: Used solely if you choose to capture a new photo directly within the App to remove its background. Camera feeds are processed in real-time memory and are never recorded or transmitted.

3. Third-Party SDKs & StoreKit Payments

This Application integrates no third-party tracking, attribution, or advertising SDKs (such as Firebase, AppsFlyer, AdMob, or Google Analytics).

Billing and Transactions: All premium subscriptions are processed directly and securely by Apple Inc. via the native StoreKit 2 framework. The Developer does not collect, receive, or store any of your financial data, payment card details, or transaction identities.

4. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

Since zero Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is collected, processed, or stored by the Developer, this Application is compliant by design with global data privacy frameworks:

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — Fully compliant under Article 11 (Processing which does not require identification).
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — No personal information is "sold" or "shared," as no personal information is collected.
Children's Privacy (COPPA) — Because the Application collects absolutely no data, it is inherently safe for children and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

5. Data Retention & Security

Your media assets reside only in volatile device memory (RAM) during active processing sessions. No persistent file caches or local databases are maintained by the Application once you close the App. No background data synchronization or archival is performed.
